Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between SASU E-TUK-PARIS, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”, whose head office is located at 66 AVENUE DES CHAMPS ELYSEES,

75008 PARIS, and customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) booking tuk-tuk tours in Paris via the website https://www.etukparis.com. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on this site.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms of sale between the Service Provider and the Customer, concerning the reservation and realization of tuk-tuk tours. They cover all the steps necessary to make and monitor the reservation.

2. Booking

2.1 Tours are offered according to the availability of tuk-tuks. Bookings are made on the Service Provider's website.

2.2 To make a reservation, the Customer must choose the tour, date and time, and provide the information necessary to process the reservation.

2.3 The reservation is confirmed by the Provider by email, including tour details and a summary. No deposit is required for the reservation; all payments will be made in person to the driver on the day of the tour.

3. prix

3.1 Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. They vary according to the duration of the tour chosen by the Customer.

3.2 Full payment is due on the day of the tour and is made directly to the driver. Accepted payment methods will be specified on site.

4. Cancellation

4.1 The Customer may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.

4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour do not give rise to any charge, given the absence of a deposit, but we appreciate a notification for organizational reasons.

5. Obligations of the Customer

5.1 The Customer must respect the established schedule and arrive at the starting point at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour.

5.2 The Customer must follow the safety instructions given by the driver and adopt respectful behavior during the tour.

6. Responsibility

6.1 The Provider strives to provide the services described in the booking confirmation.

6.2 The Service Provider is not responsible for incidents or accidents that occur as a result of non-compliance with safety instructions by the Customer. Including the loss of personal items.

7. Changes to the terms and conditions

The Service Provider may change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will be applicable as soon as they are published for new bookings.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

By booking a tour, the Customer accepts these general conditions of sale, thus confirming that he has read, understood and accepted them without reservation.
